Customer Support Hours
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET
Sunday & Statutory Holidays: Emergency support only
Response Times
We aim to respond to all service requests as quickly as possible during regular support hours.
Critical Issues – Target response within 1–2 hours
Machine completely out of service, payment system failure, refrigeration failure, or another issue preventing normal operation.
Standard Service Requests – Target response within 4 business hours
Technical issues that affect machine operation but do not completely prevent the machine from vending.
General Support – Within 1 business day
Programming questions, product setup, parts inquiries, maintenance questions, and other non-urgent requests.
Remote Technical Support
Our technical team will first attempt to diagnose and resolve the issue remotely through phone, video call, photos, or troubleshooting instructions.
Many vending machine issues can be diagnosed remotely, allowing us to provide a faster solution and determine whether replacement parts or an on-site technician are required.
On-Site Service
Where local on-site service is available, we will make reasonable efforts to schedule a technician within 1–2 business days after determining that an on-site visit is required.
Service availability and response times may vary depending on customer location, technician availability, parts availability, weather, and travel requirements.
For customers outside our local service area, Apex Vending Canada can provide remote technical support and assist with coordinating parts or third-party service where available.
Weekend Support
Limited technical support is available on Saturdays.
For urgent machine-down situations outside regular business hours, customers may contact our support team. We will make reasonable efforts to assist remotely; however, on-site weekend service is subject to technician availability.
